Being part of the LGBTQ+ community can shape how you experience relationships, identity, and belonging in both subtle and explicit ways. You may find yourself navigating questions about who you are, how you connect with others, or where you feel seen and understood.
I offer queer-affirming therapy for adults in Los Angeles and across California, making room where your identity is not something to explain or defend, but something we can invite with curiosity, care, and respect.
