Grief & Loss

Grief doesn’t always look the way we expect. It can follow the loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship, or a version of your life you thought would continue or look like. It can feel heavy, disorienting, or quietly present in the background, with a ping of surprise at the sight, sound, or smell of someone or something that reminds you of what is now different.

I offer grief and loss counseling for adults in Los Angeles and across California, providing a container to process what’s been lost and begin to make sense of what remains.

What this might look like

  • Loss of a loved one or significant relationship

  • Breakups or the end of important connections

  • Life changes that shift your sense of identity or direction

  • Feeling stuck, numb, or overwhelmed by grief

  • Difficulty moving forward or making meaning after loss

How therapy helps

Grief is not something to fix or move past quickly. In our work, we slow down and make space for the full experience.

We may explore:

  • The emotional impact of what’s been lost

  • The ways grief shows up in your body and daily life

  • The meaning of the relationship or experience

  • How to stay connected to what matters while continuing forward

Over time, this can help you hold both the loss and the possibility of life continuing in a way that feels aligned, honored, and present.

Moving at your own pace

There is no correct timeline for grief. Therapy with me invites a space where you don’t have to rush or perform healing, but can move at a pace that feels right for you.
